HELP WANTED: ABSF Skiers and Guides,We need your help and support!

Have you ever considered volunteering to help out on the ABSF Board as a Director? We could use you help now. 

Here is an overview of the Director/Board Members duties.

The Board meets once a month for about two hours.  The Board sets policy for snow sports and other events, decides on financial, marketing and fund-raising matters affecting our organization, and takes action to insure ABSF's continued viability.

In addition, Board members are expected to serve on two committees. Committee meetings are generally scheduled as needed.

Some may meet monthly others may meet only a few times a year for an hour or so.  Committee members may be asked to perform duties in between meetings that may require an additional hour or two of service for our organization.  You may already be familiar with the work of some of our committees such as the Trip Committee, Safety Committee, Social Media Committee and Fund-Raising Committee.

VI skiers and boarders are especially encouraged to take this step toward to insure that ABSF can continue to fulfill its goals into the future.
